On the basis of the qualities and the merits of the student/trainee, the class has to identify the best student in order to select him or her as ‘employee of the month’

This TLA provides a ‘wall of qualities’ and a certificate for the ‘employee of the month’

The class evaluates which student has performed best and awards him/her a certificate as ‘employee of the month’.

Visualise the wall: one brick signifies one particular quality or attribute.

I should use it:

  • because it allows students to improve their skills

  • it allows students to become aware of their strenghts and weaknesses

  • it has a strong methodological approach

  • it involves cross-evaluation

  • it enables students to out themselves to the test
