Welcome to the TTT’s ‘Self-evaluation of strengths and weaknesses’ TLA.

The TTT area consists of three steps.
Click here for information about how the training works.

Definition of 'Self-evaluation of strengths and weaknesses':

The ability to perceive and evaluate individual strengths and weaknesses realistically is described as a ‘self-concept’ in the context of self-competencies. A self-concept can be defined as self-evaluation in a broader sense – how individuals perceive themselves, remember themselves, think about and rate themselves, what feelings they entertain about themselves and what ideas and expectations they have about themselves. The different elements  of the TLA, such as recognition, memorisation, thinking and speaking, refer to psychological processes that are connected in a complex way and occur simultaneously.
