Definition of 'time management':

This part of the TTT contains learning materials supporting the development of competencies in time management. The tasks aim to help students develop the skills of managing tasks within a timeframe, determining their importance and urgency and gauging the time they will take and hence organising their day.

The competency of time management is the basis for proper functioning at every workplace and for being an efficient employee. Time management means keeping to deadlines and being able to set priorities. It involves knowing how to manage your time well and not to waste it and how to assess how much time is needed to perform specific tasks.
